NEW CUSTOMER ENROLLMENT
Welcome to Pioneer!
When you’re ready, click the “New Account Registration” link above.
All enrollments are considered pending until we have reviewed your registration, applied prorated fees and/or discounts, and posted the fees due. Credit cards are NOT charged at the time of registration (please refrain from paying in the portal yet!).
- Choose your class (Gymnastics, Ninja, Taekwondo, etc.)
- Click on REGISTER or WAITLIST
- A new page will open for you to complete your registration
- You’ll receive email confirmations and any additional information as needed.
- Once registered, you can log in to the Parent Portal to add students & contacts, update payment methods and personal information, as well as register for more classes and events.

Our Portal doesn’t apply discounts online to multiple students or multiple classes.
If you are planning to register more than one child or one child into multiple classes, ENROLL, then allow our team a day or two to apply your discount and then process payment.
ENROLL: (do this process one at a time for each class enrollment)
1. Find your Class
- Add to Cart
- Select Student
- Agree to Terms
- Accept Enrollment
2. Go to BILLING & PAYMENTS
- Review your enrollments (you can click on each description)
- Pay (only if it is one student)
3. You will receive email confirmations and any additional information as applies.

We need time to adjust our staffing and class admissions so it’s crucial to us that we have time to do that. We appreciate your understanding.
Our class software does not allow withdrawals online. We apologize for the inconvenience.
