LOCOMOTOR

Locomotor skills are the basic ways to move, the building blocks of coordination. Locomotor activities occur frequently in gymnastics such as running, skipping, hopping, jumping and landing. Gymnastics class helps develop all of these locomotions.

COGNITIVE LESSONS

The ability to learn new skills and understand new concepts will help them begin to make sense of current events, solve problems and steadily improve memory. Your little one will begin to interpret the meanings of their experiences. Their vivid imagination will start to take place

SPORTS READINESS

Participation in organized sports provides an opportunity for toddlers to increase their physical activity and develop physical and social skills. This class will help prepare them for all other sports or activities they will participate in.

SOCIALIZATION

The major component of our curriculum is Socialization, which we believe is as important as the physical development. With every interaction from other students, instructors or strangers, it teaches them to learn language skills, ways to cope with emotions and how to work within social norms.

CLASS OVERVIEW

Our preschool mini stars gymnastics classes are designed with the needs of the preschooler in mind. Participation in a preschool gymnastics class is an opportunity for children to begin experiencing gymnastics without the help of parents.

Your child will begin to learn and master skills at this level. They will be introduced to all 4 Olympic events (Beam, Bars, Floor and Vault).

Gymnastics is one of the best sports for toddlers to be involved in – along with developing your child’s gymnastics skills and physical fitness, our preschool gymnastics program will also help build a strong foundation for your child to develop discipline, a sense of athletic achievement, self-esteem and social skills that will last a lifetime!

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Our classes are held weekly, year round. The fees you see represent the monthly tuition for one class per week. Browse the schedule below to find a class that suits your family’s needs. To register, simply click “Register” and fill out the required information. When a class has availability your enrollment begins immediately unless you receive an email from us stating otherwise. Please note that all participants must be members, with an annual membership fee of $25 that will be added upon registering.

If a class is fully booked, its status will be shown as “waitlist.” If “waitlist” isn’t available, it means the waitlist is also full. We maintain a waitlist of interested students and automatically enroll them in the order registrations are received, as soon as a spot becomes available. If you no longer wish to remain on the waitlist, please contact us, as you will be automatically enrolled and charged when a spot opens up and you are next in line for a class.

HELD IN OUR MAIN GYM

Our expansive 14,000-square-foot facility is outfitted with Olympic-grade equipment, ensuring that even our youngest gymnasts in the preschool classes get a true Olympic experience. Unlike many other gyms, we provide real-sized equipment for mini stars, giving your little one a head start in becoming familiar with the tools used by champions. Enroll your child in a program where they can train like the pros from the very beginning!
